Return & Refund Policy

Policy Validity

At Romance Pages, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products delivered within India.

This policy is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in India.

• • The return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in “as new” condition.

Damages Covered

Claims are accepted for the following transit or manufacturing issues:

• • Severe spine damage (pages coming apart)
• • Major transit damage (excluding minor corner bends)
• • Misprinted, torn, or missing pages (exceeding 4 pages)

Non-Defective Returns & Fees

If you wish to return a book for reasons other than damage, it must be in pristine condition.

• Restocking Fee: A fee of INR 40 will be applied to cover handling and processing for non-defective returns.
• Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

Exclusions

• ✕ Mystery Box orders are final sale unless items are incorrect.
• ✕ Minor cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for return.

Refund Method & Processing

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. After shipment, the return policy applies.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original and place a new order.
• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel.
